The following instructions apply to persons summoned by the State's Attorney's Office for criminal cases in the Circuit Court on ,      2020.

** Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently closed to the public until July 20, 2020.   Because of the corona virus quarantine for Maryland courts, there will be no need for witnesses to report to court until you have received a summons/subpoena for cases scheduled after July 20.   The Courts are hearing matters on a very limited basis and no trials are taking place at this time.  All parties will receive new subpoenas for cases that are postponed.  If you have any additional questions, press # for the company directory, or press zero to reach the general delivery mailbox.  We will return calls as soon as possible.

ALL DEFENDANTS SHOULD APPEAR, UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED BY THEIR ATTORNEY. THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT APPLY TO DEFENDANTS.
